How to Deposit Cryptocurrency via Flow Blockchain

To deposit cryptocurrency into your Peak Money account via the Flow blockchain, you'll need to transfer funds from an external Flow-compatible wallet. Peak Money currently supports deposits of FLOW and PYUSD tokens through the Flow blockchain network.

Follow these steps to complete your cryptocurrency deposit via Flow blockchain:

1) Select your cryptocurrency and deposit method

  • Under Portfolio Balance, click Deposit
  • Select Flow (Deposit Cryptocurrency you own via the Flow Blockchain Network)
  • Select Currency. Peak Money currently supports the following cryptocurrencies via Flow blockchain:
    • FLOW: The native cryptocurrency of the Flow blockchain network
    • PYUSD: PayPal USD stablecoin on the Flow blockchain

2) Get your wallet address

Your unique Peak Money wallet address for the selected cryptocurrency will be displayed on screen below the QR code. You can transfer this wallet address to your sending wallet using either method:

  • Scan the QR code: Use your sending wallet app to scan the QR code displayed on screen (if your wallet supports QR code scanning)
  • Copy the address: Click the Copy button next to the wallet address to copy your Peak Money FLOW address to your clipboard

3) Transfer FLOW from your external wallet

  • Open your external Flow-compatible wallet that contains the cryptocurrency you want to deposit (FLOW or PYUSD)
  • Initiate a transfer to the Peak Money wallet address (use copy/paste or QR code scan).
    • Important: Verify you're sending cryptocurrency to the correct wallet address displayed in your Peak Money account.
  • Confirm the transaction in your external wallet

4) Wait for confirmation

Your cryptocurrency funds will appear in your Peak Money account balance after the blockchain transaction is confirmed. Confirmation times typically range from 0-5 minutes but may take longer during periods of high network activity.

Your transaction hash is a unique identifier for your blockchain transaction that allows support to locate and investigate your specific deposit. You can find your transaction hash in your external wallet's transaction history or transaction confirmation screen.

If you cannot send cryptocurrency from your external wallet or do not have a transaction hash, you will need to contact your wallet provider's support team for assistance with issues related to sending transactions from your wallet.
